Attorney Sean Nicholas Fay, founder of The Fay Law Offices, is a native of Seneca Falls, New York, in the Finger Lakes Region of Central New York. Attorney Fay is a graduate of Mynderse Academy. He received a B.A. in Biology from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire, and his Juris Doctor from Western New England College School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts.  Attorney Fay is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New York. Mr. Fay is a frequent lecturer on the topics of estate planning, estate taxation, elder law, and common sense planning for surviving family members.

 

Attorney Fay’s practice includes estate planning, estate settlement, Medicaid planning, elder law, and real estate transactions. He serves as elder law, estate planning, and estate settlement consultant to many area firms.
