At The Fay Law Offices, our billing practices are governed by one simple rule: All fees and client costs are disclosed in writing and in advance of any work being done. No one should ever be surprised by a bill that they receive from any professional. Full disclosure, fairness, and open and honest communication, are essential to building a meaningful attorney-client relationship.

 

Quality, simple estate plans for single individuals can cost as little as $650.00, and as little as $850.00 for married couples. Adding one or more Trusts to an estate plan will increase fees. Representative fees for single individuals who wish to include a Trust as part of their estate plan start at $1,600.00, and $1,800.00 for married couples. Client costs, such as recording fees payable to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts if real estate is being transferred to Trust, are typically $200.00 for each property being transferred to Trust.
